The kind people at stern.de featured one of my images on the front page for their monthly e-paper, called “spotlight”.

The March issue contains a special called “my nude” and it’s published once per year (every March).

There is also an interview and some insights in the dark room, documenting the “birth” of a wet plate collodion image (press play in the slideshow box presented to the right of the page) with new collodion work as well as some older wet plate images which I did last year.

The interview is in german language :) Enjoy.

Two of my submitted works made it through the judge selection of the Black and White Spider Awards competition and were nominated in the category “Nude” and “Still Life”…

I have attended the live event via web last night and it was like sitting in front of the TV watching the lottery *g*

Model Madame Bink

I went yesterday to the gas station and had a quick look at the newsapaper stand while I was waiting for my tank to fill up. I saw the new issue of Stern View, best pics of the month and found the above shot published.

I felt pretty much excited because is one of my favorite shots I did with Madame Bink. Besides of that, the shot was also chosen as “Nude Image of the Day” at One Model Place.
